Direct partner ownership
Your mandate is led by the specialist whose career was built in that discipline. Advice stays senior, practical and accountable.
GMMN GEO Services is a partner-led advisory firm providing fractional CFO & international tax, product and marketing leadership to founders, boards and international groups. One commercial lens, three executive disciplines, direct partner accountability.
Most advisory firms operate in silos. We connect finance, tax, product and marketing decisions around the same commercial objective — profitable, controlled and scalable growth.
Your mandate is led by the specialist whose career was built in that discipline. Advice stays senior, practical and accountable.
Built for businesses dealing with cross-border structures, multi-entity reporting, regulated markets and geographically distributed teams.
We focus on decisions, operating models, governance and measurable outcomes — with advice designed to translate directly into execution.
Engage one practice independently or combine disciplines for a coordinated mandate across finance, product and growth.
Finance leadership for international businesses that need reliable reporting, stronger controls, forward-looking planning and commercially grounded tax structuring — without immediately building a full in-house executive finance layer.
Senior product leadership for digital businesses where roadmap discipline, user behaviour, monetisation and unit economics determine whether growth compounds or stalls.
Commercial marketing leadership connecting brand, acquisition, retention and media investment to the P&L — with disciplined spend governance and clearer performance accountability.
The group has expanded across entities or jurisdictions, but reporting, governance, planning and operating processes have not yet caught up.
You need senior CFO, CPO or CMO leadership now — while retaining flexibility before making a permanent executive hire.
Management information exists, but the board needs a sharper view of performance, risk, cash, priorities and decision ownership.
Processes, responsibilities and systems need to be rebuilt around scale, accountability and faster execution.
Tax, legal entities, reporting and commercial operations need to work together across jurisdictions rather than as separate workstreams.
Growth is present, but margins, unit economics, CAC / LTV, roadmap choices or marketing spend need stronger executive challenge.
Our role can be strategic, hands-on, or both. We adapt to the maturity of the business and the urgency of the mandate.
Understand the operating model, decision bottlenecks, data quality, commercial priorities and immediate risk areas.
Separate what is urgent from what is merely noisy, and define the decisions that will materially move performance or reduce risk.
Work directly with management and internal teams to embed processes, reporting, accountability and operating rhythm.
Leave the organisation stronger — with better governance, clearer ownership and capability that remains after the mandate ends.
Each practice line is owned by a senior operator with deep functional experience. Direct accountability, senior involvement and no unnecessary layers.
18+ years spanning Big Four tax advisory and senior finance leadership in international groups, with experience across cross-border structuring, financial control, IFRS, multi-entity reporting and complex multi-jurisdiction operations.
20+ years across digital product, marketing and commercial strategy, including 13+ years of senior product leadership for high-traffic digital platforms with responsibility for strategy, monetisation, growth and P&L outcomes.
15+ years across media buying, advertising, brand partnerships and multi-channel campaigns, with experience spanning digital publishing, radio, print, food-delivery platforms and major international brand partnerships.
Our partners have worked across international groups, cross-border structures and geographically distributed operations. The value is not simply jurisdictional familiarity; it is understanding how finance, tax, product and marketing decisions interact when a business operates across borders.
Experience reflects the partners' professional exposure across selected jurisdictions and international group structures; it does not imply a permanent office or regulated presence in every market.
Tell us the decision, challenge or transition you are facing. We will identify the most appropriate partner and engagement structure for an initial discussion.
